Rishi Thakkar

SENIOR DIRECTOR - INVESTMENTS

As Senior Direct of Investments, Mr. Thakkar works alongside Brett Dedeaux and Matt Evans on Dedeaux Properties’ investment direction and project capitalization. His duties include sourcing projects, managing the underwriting and due diligence process, investor fund raising, reporting and overall execution of the firm’s innovation.

Mr. Thakkar brings over 25 years of professional real estate & finance experience to the company. Mr. Thakkar has historically worked with institutional real estate investment managers such as Rockwood Capital, Sabal Financial and CIM Group, among others. Mr. Thakkar has been involved in over $8B of structured real estate transactions and founded RVT Capital – a full-service real estate owner-operator focused on value-add opportunities throughout California.

Mr. Thakkar received a B.S from the American University in Washington, DC.   He and his family currently reside in Los Angeles, CA.
