Ryan Gautereaux

Mr. Gautereaux is a lifelong SoCal native and brings 7 years of Real Estate Experience to the Dedeaux team. As ADM, Ryan is responsible for project & construction management, design team coordination, driving entitlement process, and overall business plan execution. Before joining Dedeaux Properties, Ryan worked for an exciting Real Estate/Tech start-up for 3 years, contracting and managing $120+ million in commercial real estate assets through acquisitions, due diligence, utilities, procurement, construction, and permitting to launch 200+ restaurants on the West Coast. Prior to this role, Ryan graduated from Kennedy Wilson’s internship program where he obtained and analyzed local market data to provide Investor and Fund underwriting for future value and overall returns on multilevel assets located in downtown urban areas of Los Angeles. Ryan has a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California.
