Andrés Meave

ANALYST

In January 2022, just after graduating from university, Andres embarked on his career at Dedeaux as an Analyst. He immediately dove into collaborating with the Acquisitions and Development teams, providing key market data analysis, underwriting potential acquisitions, and penning investment proposals for external financial sources. Before his tenure at Dedeaux, Andres served with distinction in the Air National Guard for ten years as an Air Transportation Craftsman. His dedication and leadership abilities earned him the rank of Technical Sergeant. In this role, he successfully supervised an energetic team of over a dozen Airmen. Andres also dedicates his time and expertise to several prominent real estate organizations. He actively participates as a councilmember of the Industrial Local Product Council at ULI and plays significant roles in the Diversity & Inclusion Task Force as well as the OC Rec. Committee at NAIOP. Andres holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
