Mr. Simco is responsible for strategizing, sourcing, underwriting and acquiring development & existing value-add assets around Orange County, San Diego, San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Bay Area and various emerging markets throughout California. Viktor has almost a decade of commercial real estate and financial experience. Prior to joining Dedeaux Properties, Viktor worked as VP of Acquisitions with various family offices around Los Angeles focused on medical office, retail, multi-family, and industrial assets. Viktor has received multiple accolades and UCLA certifications in real estate development (Amazon Data Center Division and UCLA). Viktor has a degree in International Business from Saint Cloud State University.
