Victor Alia

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Mr. Alia brings over 10 years of real estate experience from New York City to the Dedeaux Team. Responsibilities include land entitlements, management of design team, procuring approvals, construction management, business plan execution, and assisting the Director of Development throughout all aspects of a project timeline. Prior to joining the Dedeaux Team, Victor had a decorated career in New York. Starting as a Salesperson and working up to a Broker, Victor has led offices and teams prior to transitioning over the Ownership and Development side at Core Development Group and HK Organization. He has been involved in over $1B of real estate transactions and development deals. Victor earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Full Sail University.
