Ted Evans

DIRECTOR OF ASSET MANAGEMENT

Mr. Evans is responsible for timely transition of acquisitions to ownership and operation, leasing activity and lease negotiations, dispositions, and other organizational requirements for both wholly owned and joint venture assets. Ted has more than 10 years of commercial real estate and finance experience. Prior to joining Dedeaux Properties in 2021, Ted was a Vice President, Asset Management at American Realty Advisors overseeing a national portfolio of retail, office, and industrial assets. (approximately 3 million square feet). Ted has a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
