Rishi Thakkar

Mr. Thakkar brings over 20 years of professional real estate & finance experience to the company. Mr. Thakkar has historically worked with institutional real estate investment managers such as Rockwood Capital and CIM Group, among others.  Mr. Thakkar has been involved in over $6B of structured real estate transactions.

In addition to his roles and responsibilities at the company, Mr. Thakkar founded RVT Capital – a full-service real estate owner-operator focused on value-add opportunities throughout California. Mr. Thakkar invests and manages real estate on his own account, and for a network of high-net-worth individuals and institutions.

Mr. Thakkar received a B.S from the American University in Washington, DC.
