SENIOR DIRECTOR ASSET MANAGEMENT

Ms. May is a Senior Director at Dedeaux Properties focusing on Asset Management of their California Industrial portfolio. Prior thereto, Ms. May was a Senior Vice President in Oaktree’s Real Estate group based in Los Angeles. Her focus was on Oaktree’s Real Estate Income Fund where she was responsible for Portfolio Management and Asset Management. She joined the firm in 2020 from Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, where she was an asset manager. She began her career at UBS Global Asset Management as an acquisitions investment analyst, working up to the role of associate director, before moving on to Nuveen as an acquisitions associate. Ms. May received an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
