Alex Filler

Mr. Filler is responsible for acquisition, underwriting, due-diligence, and general debt & equity duties at Dedeaux Properties.  Mr. Filler became involved with Dedeaux Properties early in the company’s acquisition & development expansion in 2012.  Since then, he has been involved in transactions $500MM+ of acquisitions, dispositions, and development.  Prior to DPL, Mr. Filler was an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Los Angeles where he managed a commercial real estate construction loan portfolio in excess of $650MM.  He is an active member of ULI and NAIOP.  Mr. Filler hold Dual Masters Degrees in Masters of Administration (MBA) and Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California.
