Brandon Bank

DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS

Mr. Bank is a native Angeleno with ten years of real estate experience in a wide variety of transaction and product types. He joined Dedeaux Properties in 2020 where he is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions that support the firm’s investment strategy. Most recently, Brandon was responsible for formulating and executing WeWork’s real estate strategy and growth in the Southwest United States, where he and the team added 21 locations totaling 1.6 million square feet to the portfolio during his tenure. Prior to that, Brandon was a broker at CBRE where he sold $520,000,000 in office, industrial, and entitled land sites. He also controlled a 2.5 million square foot leasing portfolio. Brandon graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Management and a Minor in Business.
