CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

As COO, Mr. Kraft is responsible for ensuring that the operations and asset management of the firm’s portfolio are efficiently and effectively managed including overseeing financial operations and reporting, due diligence on new acquisitions, timely transition of acquisitions to ownership and operation, leasing activity and lease negotiations, dispositions and other organizational requirements. Alon has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience managing asset and portfolio teams from acquisition through disposition. Prior to joining Dedeaux, Alon was in multiple roles at Lowe Enterprises in Los Angeles, CA for over 20 years. As the Senior Asset Manager for Lowe Enterprises Investors, Alon oversaw a geographically diverse portfolio of assets covering office, industrial and multifamily investments on behalf of institution and high net worth clients and partners totaling over $2.0 billion and over 17 million square feet. Alon is an adjunct instructor in real estate finance at the Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development program at the USC Price School. Also, a graduate from USC, Alon received both his Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Planning from the school.
