Building 2 comprises 20,800 square feet with a 1,500-square-foot office, while Building 3 includes 14,000 square feet, also with a 1,500-square-foot office. The campus features 33 dock-high doors and 8 grade-level doors, along with 83 trailer stalls and 213 auto parking stalls.
