Location: Southern California Industrial sub-markets of Central Los Angeles, South Bay, Mid-Counties, San Gabriel Valley, San Fernando Valley and West Inland Empire.

Deal Structure: Land 5 – 30 acres. Vacant or partially leased buildings. Leased facilities with near term lease expiration dates. Value-add re-positioning opportunities.
